When I first asked Mike Haven about booking a cruise earlier this year, he and Russ met and broke all expectations starting with finding discounts that were never mentioned to me on previous cruises that I had taken, sending emails/texts right up to the day of travel to make sure that all went as expected, and a follow up communication after the cruise was done. WOW on customer service!! I will certainly be using WynnHaven in the future for both pleasure and business travel.

My experience with WynnHaven Travel Agency extends back about 4 years, during the planning of an amazing European River Cruise that would have included seeing the Passion Play at Oberammergau in 2020. In preparation for that trip, Russ and Mike provided our group of 16 with detailed information and itineraries over a year in advance, meeting with us on a regular basis with updates, calling, writing to verify information, making sure our trip would be a truly memorable experience. When the pandemic caused the trip to be postponed to 2022, and then due to many circumstances beyond our control, I as well as the group, decided it best to cx the trip totally. We were informed that the supplier for the itinerary was giving out vouchers to be used for any travel within 2 years vs a cash refund. Being passionate Advocates and looking out for the best interest of their clients, Mike and Russ managed to obtain cash refunds vs the vouchers. Within a month I received a check for the amount I paid!!! Needless to say, I would travel again with WynnHaven Travel Agency without question, and have already signed on to a future tour with them.

Mike and Russ helped us book a vacation to an All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico in 2021, and it was wonderful! We've booked many trips for ourselves in the past, but always had to put hours and hours into comparing amenities and prices on countless destinations, resorts, flights, transfers etc.; so, this time, we decided to use WynnHaven Travel so that they could do all that work for us. We were very glad we did, because they gave helpful suggestions and recommendations, did all the booking and buying, and sent us reminders and tips all the way up through our day of departure. The vacation went smoothly-even in the midst of COVID pandemic-and we owe much of that to the great work that Russ and Mike did in getting everything arranged.

WynnHaven Travel took care of my families vacation July 2021. We wanted to take a family trip somewhere tropical but weren't sure where. Russ and Mike asked us what we wanted out of our vacation, so my husband, and I had a family meeting with our 3 daughter's ages 22, 19, and 17, and our daughter's boyfriend age 22. They wanted to go somewhere warm, as we all did. We discussed Cancun and Costa Rica. Although Costa Rica sounded intriguing, Mike was honest and informed me it would be a bit pricey so we opted for Cancun. We gave Mike an idea for a budget and told him we wanted a resort with many amenities and restaurants. He found Planet Hollywood that just opened January 2021. We booked 6 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our time. There was plenty of activities, shows, and entertainment to keep us all busy, especially during the evenings. We did also book a catamaran snorkeling tour which of course was extra but we wanted to explore more of Mexico off the resort.I would book with Mike and Russ again! They helped us arrange a great vacation with all of us, a total of 6. I was appreciative that they took the time to listen to our needs and searched for a place that was nice but also not terrible on the wallet. Looking forward to another vacation!!Who knows maybe Cancun again.
